Our Story

Fearless Headquarters School of Dance (FHQ), formerly known as Fearless Dance Company, Inc. was founded in November of 2014 by Mrs. Phillisia Sims - Syas. The intent of Fearless Headquarters School of Dance is to provide quality dance instruction to young girls and boys. FHQ takes pride in employing the best instructors to ensure our dancers are pushed to reach their full dance potential.

Phillisia Sims - Syas

Our director Mrs. Phillisia Sims -Syas has always had a deep passion for the arts; specifically dance and musical theater. Phillisia was introduced to dance at the tender age of 6 years old. However, her love for Jazz and theater production would develop a lot later.

Phillisia looked forward to the energetic jazz combo classes at Tana's Dance Factory located in White Hall, Arkansas just minutes from her hometown. She would go on to help orchestrate musical theater productions with her high school for what they called: "Follies." Beyond that, Phillisia was also apart of her Jr High and High School drill teams before joining the collegiate danceline at The University of Arkansas of Pine Bluff - earning the captain position from 2010-2012.

Our Fearless Leader is no stranger to hardwork and continuous dance education. She's currently brushing up her skills at Contemporary Ballet in Dallas, Tx.
